05.10.13 POP SIMONOVA + ZARKOFF

ϟ POPSIMONOVA/ Croatia (electro / industrial )

started as one of the founding members of the electro band Dekolaž in 2006, to continue with her solo project Popsimonova in 2008. Dark marching electronics, raw synth lines, voice that declaims introspective observations about the time and place we live in, as well as cold mechanical forms are all continuation of the European 80s electronics music. Live performance includes synth, vox and laptop. Popsimonova performed live throughout Europe ( and South America).
With releases on Enfant Terrible and Romance Moderne labels and upcoming on Gooiland Elektro label (her first solo 12") and on Domestica ( collaboration with Zarkoff).

Playing with different set ups with live vocals, Zarkoff performed live throughout Europe and has releases on labels such as Home Made Electronica, Adriatiko Recordings, Black Leather Records, while his recent album 'Departed' was self-released. Active member in FFFC (with Le Chocolat Noir) and Sumerian Fleet (with Alden Tyrell and Ingmar Pauli) with release on Creme Eclipse label. Upcoming in 2013 is the new analog electropop release he made with Popsimonova.

12-07-2013 Noi Kabat + Soft Riot

SOFT RIOT:

Drawing inspiration from synthesizer-based film soundtracks of yesteryear, drones, early EBM, minimal synth, a dose of psychedelic synthpop and a heavy dose of throbbing appregiated rhythms, Soft Riot is a science-fiction heavy soundscape that narrates the listener through today’s fractured, excessive landscape with hints of black humour.

NÓI KABÁT

London based electronic outfit Noi Kabat draw on inspiration from Constructivism, Futurism, 70's science fiction, and noise theory to create a sound reminiscent of the early industrial pioneers. They combine noise from their environment with the sounds of esoteric electronic drums and analogue keyborards in an attempt to create an authentic yet newly reconfigured sound. Their electronic repertoire harks to a new and obscured age, vocals acting as counter-point to that of their machines.

Helaas + Nature Morte + Sonic Surgeon & C_C

sunday 9 DEC 2012 post-industrial evening

Live:

HELAAS
Psychedelic noise drone (GER)

The newly formed HELAAS project is the sonic encounter of the four Berlin-based artists BEX (soon on RuR), NIEDOWIERZANIE, RATBAG (also in Last Dominion Lost) and YVAN VOLOCHINE. A psychedelic noise-drone mamouth where each of the four protagonists leaves his mark, yet achieving coherence in a first album which is at the same time harsh and subtle, grating and warm, and at times highly lyrical. Somewhere between NWW and Troum, with a post-rock touch. (TuT/RuR)

SONIC SURGEON featuring C-C
Degenerative post wave indus (FR)

NATURE MORTE
Experimental drone (FR)

Take a deep, deep breath. Forget your surroundings and concentrate on the throb of the pendulum slowly disappearing in the mists of mineral drones…  on the count of ten you will awake in the world of Nature Morte. A lunar world, both cool and emotional, filled with organ and free-reed soundscapes, rustling, swirling and simmering drones and celestial harmonies which take you back to a primeval and elemental state. Feel like a rock in the middle of the ocean or a fossilised oak tree in a dark ancestral wood as Nature Morte’s nightfall music soothingly flows around you, both feather light and heavy with secrets. Air, water, earth, fire. Aether. (TuT/RuR)

A meeting with (t)reue um (t)reue

second edition

Live:

LO†PH

Hermetic Wave from Ratzeburg

Out of the alchemical furnace of the Coeur du Monde studios comes the latest musical and hermetic endeavour of WERMUT’s Laszlo PS and Sofia ER : LO†PH. Their music combines Witch House gloom and Techno Wave coldness, somewhere between Mater Suspiria Vision, The Mover and Clock DVA, distilled with delay-drowned incantations and pitched cut-up rhymes.

Sorge

Blackened Bohemian Lament from Berlin

The enigmatic SORGE delivers a thoroughly unique brand of tortured chamber black metal: grim and burlesque, angst-ridden and tearful, with Mediterranea and Combat Folk undercurrents. Estaquean BM at ist best!

Hathor Kyrhiaria

 Ritual Cowish Transcent from Brussels

Obscure duet driven by Najah (Dolina, :Codes, Betticyclop...) and Tzii (Solar Skeletons, Duflan Duflan,
V-Atak...). Strange rituals dedicated to the egyptian mother cow.

Hathor Kyrhiaria - Sacrifice by Tzii

After Synth pop oddities with our special guest Dj Arpeggiascope from St Etienne.

A lot of electronic weirdness and minimal ringuardises to dance by!
